Sue has been a leadership coach and facilitator of change for over 25 years. She has worked in many diverse cultures, ranging from building coaching capability in a factory environment in the Middle East to working in the high-performance sports system in the UK.
During her time with Group Strategy at Unilever, along with other ‘maverick and slightly contrary people’, Sue co-choreographed a two-year Foresight process which was guided by the late C.K. Prahalad. This work crafted a 20-year vision for the enterprise which can still be seen playing out today as Unilever pursues a challenging post-conventional strategy.
The centre of gravity for her practice is rooted in Gestalt, although other theories and practices are woven in too: somatic work, constellating and creative process.
As a former botanist, Sue has a deep and connected love of the natural world and how balance is maintained, at a biochemical, organism and ecosystem level. She applies this thinking in her work with people and organisations.
